SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Costs:

There is a Standard Delivery Fee of R80.00 on all orders unless otherwise stated in your checkout procedure. Free Shipping is applied on all orders over R650.00 within South Africa.  Free Collection is available within the Hartbeespoort Dam area.

Delivery:

During Checkout, the buyer indicates where in South Africa you require delivery and based on your delivery address and the size of the parcel, Your Vibrant will indicate which delivery option is available.

Your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process.

Standard delivery takes place during office hours. There are no deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery  address.

Delivery Time:

Delivery can be estimated within 3  -  5 working days.

If this is not possible the client will be notified immediately by their method of correspondence.

Tracking your Parcel:

A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the parcel has been processed.

RETURN POLICY

Should you wish to be refunded for products inform our client service team that you wish to return the items and request a refund. Email your request to nicole.blacklock@gmail.com. Your requested refund will be activated within 72 hours once the item has been received at our warehouse as per our terms and conditions.

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after receiving of goods. Items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused and must be returned in their original packaging.

All refunds will remain at the discretion of Your Vibrant. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will refund or credit you – the choice is yours.

Sale and  clearance items are not eligible for a refund.

Your Vibrant reserves the right to not refund a returned product should the product be returned without its original protective packaging and or safely packaged.

Please take note that shipping/delivery cost can unfortunately not be refunded or credited as this cost cannot be reimbursed to us by the Courier company. The client is responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

 

Please take note that if Your Vibrant is responsible for sending the incorrect item ordered, damaged items or items in the incorrect size ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by Your Vibrant as per our return policy.

Payments to be made via website only using Peach Payment Portal. Please note that you are able to use your Credit, or Debit Card on Peach. Should you have difficulties, please contact us via email on nicole.blacklock@gmail.com  to make alternative arrangements.
